Bakery Operations Manager Job Description:
-Hiring/terminations and training shift supervisor/staff
-Oversee scheduling and operations
-Monitor/update baking and packaging procedures
-Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and OSHA guidelines
-Troubleshoot issues with production
-Other duties as assigned
Bakery Operations Manager Job Requirements:
-5-10 years of large scale bakery operations experience
-Knowledge of food manufacturing, safety regulations, human resources, and employee relations
-Lean manufacturing and waste reduction
