We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! This is a temp-to-hire position with a steady schedule and great opportunity for growth.
Customer Service Coordinator Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Location: Cranberry Twp, PA
What You’ll Do:
- Process RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) for equipment repairs or modifications
- Complete paperwork and update customer records
- Communicate with Sales, Production, Administration, and customers about RMAs
- Create and send invoices for repairs and modifications
- Maintain weekly schedules for service technicians (workdays, vacations, site visits)
- Handle other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years in an office or customer service role
- QuickBooks experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Attention to detail
- Professional phone presence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED
