Material Handlers – North East, MD | $19.50/hr | Temp-to-Hire
We’re looking for reliable and motivated Material Handlers to join our fast-paced yard team in North East, MD! In this role, you’ll work hands-on with heavy equipment and materials—moving, organizing, and preparing items for transport and display. As a Material Handler, you’ll receive full training, opportunities to operate multiple types of equipment, and cross-train in inventory control, all while working for a company that values teamwork, safety, and career growth!
Job Details for the Material Handler position:
- Monday-Friday, 1st shift: 8am-4pm (8am-6pm two weeks per auction)
- Weekends and OT as needed
- Starting at $19.50/hr and a pay upon conversions
Job Responsibilities for the Material Handler position:
- Move and stage equipment using jump carts and forklifts
- Cross-train in inventory control
- Keep the yard organized and safe
- Assist with the auctions
Job Requirements for the Material Handler position:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Experience with any type of heavy equipment (forklifts, dozers, jump carts, etc.)
