Job Details
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Location: Zelienople, PA
- Pay: $18–$20/hr (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Prepare and provide quotes to customers
- Enter fabrication orders into the system accurately
- Relay and organize information between the shop, warehouse, and office
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating clearly with customers and team members
Requirements
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
