General Labor – 1st Shift
Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable General Labor team member to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with basic industrial or hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to safely handle materials and operate equipment in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow formula sheets (similar to recipe cards) to mix and process rubber products
Load and unload ingredients from pallets, safely lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Operate machinery including rubber mixers, mills, extruders, and calendar sheets
Package and label completed rubber products
Ensure product quality both visually and using specified tools
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar industrial setting
Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or lawn care is also considered transferable
Comfortable using a wide variety of tools and equipment
Able to stand for prolonged periods
Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with industrial machinery and production processes
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently
Strong attention to detail and quality
