Telesales Representative (4-Day Work Week) – Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $20–$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (In-office)

Responsibilities
Make at least 60 outbound calls per day to existing customers (declining, lost, or new users)
Evaluate customer data and determine the best approach or offer
Log all call results and orders in Salesforce CRM
Close sales over the phone and verify order details
Email and follow up with accounts as needed
Call dealers to place and verify orders
Maintain updated product knowledge
Performance Expectations
Qualifications
High school diploma required
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive mindset
Comfortable using computers
Salesforce experience preferred but not required
Previous outbound sales/call experience required
