Job Summary
The Production Specialist (Production Associate) plays a key role in our custom photo product manufacturing process. You’ll operate light production machinery, assemble finished goods, and prepare orders for shipment — ensuring every product meets our high quality standards.
This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for dependable and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a creative, team-based warehouse environment.
Schedule & Pay
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM
Overtime: Must be willing to work 9–10 hour shifts during peak holiday season
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour (paid weekly)
Location: Hunt Valley, MD
Responsibilities
Operate light machinery and production equipment
Assemble, print, and package custom photo products
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and appearance
Create labels and prepare orders for shipping
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and production procedures
Requirements
Attention to detail and pride in quality work
Basic computer, math, and reading skills
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
Willingness to learn — no prior experience required!
Preferred Skills
Experience in warehouse, production, assembly, or fulfillment (helpful but not required)
Familiarity with Windows-based systems or light machinery
