Production Worker / Machine Operator
Pay: $20+ per hour to start
Shifts: All shifts available
Location: Hatfield, PA
We are hiring for a production role with growth into a skilled machine operator position. This facility offers long-term career paths, hands-on learning, and cross-training across production areas.
Responsibilities
Support daily production tasks and learn machine operator duties
Operate and monitor production equipment as a developing machine operator
Follow production instructions and safety procedures
Move raw materials and finished products within the production area
Clean equipment and maintain a safe production workspace
Complete production logs and basic documentation
Assist senior machine operator team members and report issues
Requirements
1+ year manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operator work
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical production environment
High school diploma or equivalent
