Details for the Reach Truck Operator:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:45pm + OT as needed including occasional Saturdays
- Pay Rate: $18/hour (Increase after probationary period)
- Full Benefits & 401K after introductory period
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Reach Truck Operator:
- Operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, order pickers, turrets, and forklifts to safely pick products and stage for shipping
- Conduct routine equipment checks and inspections to maintain operational efficiency and report issues or malfunctions to supervisors
- Adhere to inventory control processes including labeling, scanning, and accurately recording materials
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortably work at heights while operating heavy equipment and picking heavy product from racks
Job Requirements for the Reach Truck Operator:
- High school diploma
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to consistently lift 75+lbs
- Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor
- Willingness to perform a pre-employment drug screening and background check
