POSITION OVERVIEW
The ProductReporting Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the client and its Implementing Partner Organizations. This role blends product management and business analysis skills to define reporting requirements, manage product roadmaps, and ensure reporting solutions are accurate, consistent, and user focused. This position requires a strong communicator and critical thinker who partners effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting products that drive organizational success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
45% |Product Strategy & Delivery
- Define and communicate the product vision and maintain clear roadmaps for reporting products.
- Translate business needs into actionable reporting features and enhancements that deliver value.
- Monitor reporting product performance and identify opportunities to enhance usability and impact.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including prioritization, UAT, release planning, and continuous improvement.
35% |Stakeholder Engagement & Business Analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams and Implementing Partner Organizations to gather and refine requirements.
- Design and present reporting prototypes and mockups to capture requirements and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure reporting metrics and definitions are accurate, consistent, and clearly documented.
- Align reporting initiatives with organizational goals and data governance policies.
- Communicate progress, insights, and results effectively to both executive and operational stakeholders.
20% |Adoption, Training & Change Management
- Develop and deliver training that empowers users and enables customer support teams.
- Oversee customer-facing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
- Promote user engagement and encourage utilization of reporting products across the organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with reporting products, preferably in healthcare or public health
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation.
- Proven ability to establish and manage consistent reporting standards and definitions.
- Proficiency with BI tools, Tableau, Looker, and Power BI preferred.
- Ability to design and communicate reporting prototypes or mockups to capture requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms with Salesforce preferred.
- Experience working with technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with change management and training end users.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports to the Manager, Product Delivery and does not have any direct reports.
