About the Role as a Production Associate:
We’re seeking a 2nd shift Production Associate to join a fast-paced production team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including loading/unloading trucks, staging materials and garments, and filling in across different production areas as needed. Responsibilities may change daily, making this a flexible and dynamic position. What You’ll Do as a Production Associate:
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Prepare and stage materials/garments for production
- Assist in other production tasks across multiple departments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support the team in meeting daily quality and production standards
What We’re Looking For in a Production Associate:
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Reliable and hardworking with strong attention to detail
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50-100 lbs for most of the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Team player with flexibility and a positive attitude
