Pay Rate: $17.50 – $20.50/hour (based on shift)
About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Perform general labor and assembly work on the production floor
Sort and organize mail on the assembly line by size, zip code, or destination
Package and prepare mail for shipment according to company standards
Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
Assemble, package, and prepare products according to company standards
Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided)
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Follow quality and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Previous assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred (not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and positive, team-oriented attitude
