PeopleShare is seeking a reliable and experienced Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous order picking experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the physical ability to handle heavy lifting.
Job Title: Order Picker
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 75 lbs on a regular basis.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure productivity and accuracy.
Meet daily goals while working with a high level of attention to detail.
Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.
Requirements:
Previous order picker or warehouse experience is required.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
