We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and ensuring our Inventory Management System reflects precise stock data. The Inventory Manager will work closely with multiple departments, supporting business goals and driving continuous improvement.
Schedule: Monday- Friday- Normal Business hours at $65-$70k salary
Key Responsibilities
Oversee inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage the Inventory department inbox and assign tasks based on customer inquiries and requests.
Research inventory data and generate reports for counts, searches, and inspections.
Maintain and update the Inventory Management System with adjustments, stock movements, and cycle count corrections.
Identify and resolve inventory control process issues in collaboration with management.
Support and guide team members with tasks and projects; perform additional warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
3-5 years of management and inventory experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Experience with NAV/Navision or Business Central strongly preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
