Warehouse Associate
Location: Moorestown, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities include staging and assembling shipping orders, packing and crating for shipment, and verifying compliance with shipping regulations related to pharmaceutical products. You will also help maintain inventory levels, track packing materials, and ensure all warehouse processes follow cGMP and SOP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Stage and assemble shipping orders, pack/crate products, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
Maintain and organize finished product inventory and packing materials.
Track supply levels and notify management when reorders are needed.
Enter data into warehouse systems and prepare documentation for shipments, including exports.
Verify product weights, volumes, and tariff codes for international shipments.
Maintain warehouse storage conditions according to compliance procedures.
Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, organized, and in line with safety/quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and warehouse practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills.
Strong math and computer literacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a warehouse or pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
