Our client located in Newark, DE is a global production company that specializes in producing and finishing rubber O-rings for the manufacturing industry and they are seeking a 1st and 2nd shift Quality Assurance/ Production Associate to join their team . This is a climate-controlled industrial office setting.

Quality Assurance/ Production Associate:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 4am-6am with occasional Saturdays as required
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-12am with occasional Saturdays as required
- Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hr
- Benefits and PTO after probationary period
Quality Assurance/ Production Associate:
- QA; inspect, verify counts, and size rubber O-rings using ring mandrels and electronic calipers
- Operating industrial ovens for the production of rubber O-rings
- Filling and operating machinery with raw materials to process raw materials in accordance with specs
- Change filters within the filtration system to ensure optimal operation of machinery
Quality Assurance/ Production Associate:
- Must be punctual with great attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail and self-driven
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs, unassisted
