Sheet Metal Technician – 2nd Shift
Souderton, PA | $20–$23/hr | Full Benefits + Training
We are hiring a sheet metal technician for a growing manufacturing facility in Souderton. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision metal work and wants long-term stability in a clean, safe manufacturing environment. You will work with metal parts, metal components, and metal fabrication processes while gaining hands-on training and career growth in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders for metal projects
Cut, shape, assemble, and finish metal parts in a manufacturing environment
Operate fabrication machines and hand tools used for metal work
Inspect metal components for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing work area
Communicate with team members to meet manufacturing deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
1+ year metal fabrication, metal shop, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and metal part diagrams
Strong measuring, math, and blueprint reading skills
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for full shift in a manufacturing setting
High School Diploma or GED
