We are currently seeking a skilled Tablet Press / Encapsulation Operator to join a dynamic and growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience in tablet compression and capsule filling, looking for a long-term role in a GMP-compliant environment.
Tablet Press / Encapsulation Operator Job Details:
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (train on 1st shift for two weeks)
Pay Rate: $24–$25/hr (can go higher for candidates with strong pharma experience)

Tablet Press / Encapsulation Operator Job Description:
Set up, operate, and monitor tablet press and encapsulation machines
Perform in-process quality checks (weight, thickness, hardness, etc.)
Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
Follow all GMP and SOP guidelines
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Collaborate with QA and production teams to meet daily goals
Tablet Press / Encapsulation Operator Job Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in tablet or capsule production (pharma required)
Strong understanding of GMP and production documentation
Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
