We are currently seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment and has a strong background in warehouse operations and equipment handling.

Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $22.33 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 9:00pm – 5:30am Sunday – Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a reach truck and cherry picker using a headset-based system to pick products based on computer-generated instructions (English only).
Receive, unpack, check, and store incoming merchandise and materials.
Fulfill orders and requisitions with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare, pack, and ship materials to distribution centers, departments, or assembly lines.
Utilize forklift and pallet jack equipment as needed.
Maintain accuracy and organization in all inventory tasks.
Perform a variety of warehouse duties with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Raymond reach truck experience – required.
Experience using a double blade pallet jack – required.
Comfortable operating a cherry picker – required.
Prior warehouse experience – required.
High school diploma or GED.
Forklift certification and WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must provide your own steel-toed boots.
Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
