Customer Service Specialist Job Details:
- Schedule: Flexible start time (8:00am, 8:30am, 9:00am, 9:30am,or 10:00am
- Pay Rate: $17.46 - 19.00 / hour, based on shift

Customer Service Specialist Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls from patients and providers and assist with prescription related questions and coverage
- Enter in new patient data
- Document calls and maintain notes within CRM system.
- Work with internal teams to resolve coverage issues
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months of Phone based customer service experience
- Skilled within MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new systems effectively
