Production Team Member Job Description:
Assemble, modify, rework, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to ensure precision.
Complete terminal-to-terminal wiring and soldering with attention to quality standards.
Production Team Member Job Requirements:
You hold a High School Diploma or GED.
You bring 3–5 years of relevant experience—extra points if you've worked with electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies.
You're a clear communicator with a sharp eye for detail.
