Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM | Hybrid Schedule with occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $65,000/year
Job Description:
Provide direct support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Serve as a key point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders
Draft and edit high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Monitor deadlines and follow-ups on behalf of the executive team
Support special projects, events, and strategic initiatives as assigned
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency and communication
Job Requirements:
5–7 years of administrative experience, with at least 2–3 years supporting senior or executive leaders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable navigating sensitive situations with emotional intelligence and sound judgment
Prior experience in nonprofit or mission-based environments strongly preferred
