Location: Joliet, IL
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Pay: $18.00/hr
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday Potential OT
Job Summary:
We’re hiring Forklift Operators and Warehouse Clerks for a large distribution facility in Joliet, IL. This location specializes in shipping and handling heavy equipment parts used around the world. It’s a fast-paced, organized, and safety-driven environment offering stable, long-term opportunities.
Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow safety standards
Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities:
Work directly on the warehouse floor auditing, verifying, and counting inventory
Ensure order accuracy and proper labeling of parts
Record data and communicate discrepancies to leadership
Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements:
Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts (for forklift roles)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual
