Maintenance Mechanic | $30–$38/hr | 1st Shift
Location: Lebanon NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift | Overtime & On-Call for 2nd Shift Available
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include:
Adjusting operational parameters on molding machines
Troubleshooting and repairing EOATs (End of Arm Tooling)
Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics
Installing conduit, copper and PVC piping, and wiring
Using voltage/ohm meters and micrometers with confidence
Performing and documenting preventive maintenance
Communicating clearly—in person, over the phone, or via written reports
Collaborating with service teams and using manuals/catalogs to source parts
And of course… other hands-on tasks as assigned
What You Bring to the Table
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical and PLC troubleshooting experience
Experience in Food, Plastics, or Pharma industries strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
A safety-first mindset and a get-it-done attitude
