PeopleShare is currently looking for a full-time Fulfillment Manager (Factory Planner) to join a fast-growing food Company and take charge of ensuring we produce the right inventory and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
You’ll be the key person managing production scheduling, material purchasing, shipping priorities, and fulfillment team supervision.
Contract to Hire | Monday- Friday, Normal Business hours | $30-$35 per hour based on experience
What You’ll Do
Factory Planning & Production Scheduling
Material Purchasing Support
Shipping & Fulfillment Management
Prioritize shipments across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Amazon, and Wholesale channels
Provide packing and shipping instructions to fulfillment teams
Manage Ship station setup, automation, and shipping manifests
Track daily shipping metrics and resolve minor shipping system issues
Team Leadership
Hire, train, and supervise fulfillment sub-team leads and staff
Manage timesheets, coordinate temp staffing, and address disciplinary actions
Shipping Provider Coordination
Manage relationships with freight brokers, UPS, and drivers
Schedule pickups, negotiate shipping terms, and optimize shipping costs
Coordinate LTL/FTL shipments and maintain shipment logs
Process Improvement & Reporting

Strong people management skills — able to delegate, train, and correct as needed
Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Basic spatial reasoning and numerical skills
Digital savvy with tools like Email, Excel/Google Sheets, printing software
Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or food is a plus
