Position Title: Metal Fabrication Technician
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $20 – $21/hour
Location: Souderton, PA
Job Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to fabricate precise metal components
Operate welders, grinders, saws, presses, and other fabrication tools
Inspect finished products and perform adjustments or repairs as needed
Operate and maintain fabrication machinery
Maintain workplace safety and PPE compliance
Support team productivity and meet deadlines
Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant fabrication or metalworking experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Basic math and geometry skills required
Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for 8 hours per shift
Comfortable working in a loud environment with dust, fumes, or airborne particles
