What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
Be the go-to contact for customers and sales reps—handling orders from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors, track orders, process changes, and manage returns
Maintain order accuracy and resolve issues like shipping or pricing discrepancies
Communicate daily via phone and email to ensure timely, clear updates
Use our systems (Prelude and B2B platform) to manage customer transactions
Build positive relationships across teams and departments
Assist in reports, special projects, and seasonal team support

Comfortable with phone/email communication and order management systems
