High Reach Forklift Operator
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm
- Pay Rate: $18
High Reach Job Description:
- Accurately pick and pull customer orders from designated bin locations using a high-reach forklift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and RF hand-held scanner.
- Utilize additional tools, such as a Cobot (automated cart) and rolling cart for order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with company safety standards.
- Consistently meet productivity standards and contribute to the overall efficiency of the shipping department.
- Open to cross-training in multiple job functions to support various warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding attendance, productivity, safety, and dress code.
High Reach Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience operating high-reach forklifts and sit-down forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and 60 lbs. occasionally.
- Able to work on your feet for most of the day, with frequent standing and walking required.
- Strong math and analytical skills with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in using a handheld scanner for tracking inventory and order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet shipping deadlines.
- Able to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic warehouse environment.
