Details for the Loader and Order Filler:
- Schedules: Monday-Friday, some OT and weekends
- 2nd Shift: 1pm-9pm (10/10:30)
- 3rd Shift: 9pm-5am
- Pay Rate: $21.64-22.64/hr.

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Loader and Order Filler:
- Utilizing forklift, lift truck/side loader, overhead crane to fill orders
- Packaging materials for shipment
- Loading/unloading trucks
- Pulling and staging feedstock for production orders and preparing materials for processing.
- Final packaging of materials per customer specifications.
- Staging materials for outbound shipping.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet customer expectations in terms of size, finish, and accuracy.
- Confirming work orders using computer systems.
Job Requirements for the Loader and Order Filler:
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Knowledge of various employment laws (i.e., OHSA) and government regulations (i.e., DOT)
- Knowledge of warehouse machine and equipment operations, experience working with slitting and cut-to-length lines, etc. in a metals warehouse environment is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Understands how to help lead change within a dynamic environment
- Successfully pass a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
