We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and technically skilled Shop Foreman who can bring structure and accountability to our shop floor operations.
Job Details for Shop Foreman:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM (OT available on Fridays)
- Pay Rate: $30/hr+ | Annual Compensation

Job Description for Shop Foreman:
- Supervise daily shop activities and lead departmental leads in a hands-on environment.
- Coordinate manpower and manage workflow to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain clean, operable equipment.
- Train new employees on procedures, paperwork, and tools.
- Monitor work order progress and proactively resolve any production delays.
Job Requirements for Shop Foreman:
- 5+ years of foreman experience in a solid surface or building trades shop.
- Proficiency with shop equipment: table saws, routers, forklifts, etc.
- Strong computer literacy and understanding of KPIs.
- High School Diploma or GED (BA/BS or master craft certification preferred).
- Experience working with solid surface and plastic laminate materials.
