We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrator to manage our reception area and provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling a variety of tasks with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
- Assist other departments with clerical support as required
Job Details:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-4:00PM (in-person)
- $16.00 per hour
- Contract role with the opportunity to go permanent
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven work experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
