Shipping & Receiving Clerk – 2nd Shift | $24.88/hr
Location: Warrendale, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24.88/hour
We are currently hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a 2nd shift opportunity with a reputable and established company. This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for a professional with a strong background in warehouse operations, shipping systems, and inventory control. The position offers competitive pay and the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all shipping and receiving functions using internal systems and software.
Accurately process packing slips, apply labels, and maintain proper documentation.
Inspect incoming deliveries, report discrepancies or damage, and coordinate with purchasing.
Direct truck drivers during material loading/unloading and ensure proper paperwork is completed.
Maintain clean and organized storage areas for parts and materials.
Prepare outbound shipments with all necessary documentation and labeling.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping & receiving or warehouse logistics role.
Proficient with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
Strong understanding of shipping documentation, packing lists, and order verification.
Experience coordinating with carriers and handling both inbound and outbound freight.
Able to work independently on 2nd shift and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
