The ideal candidate will have strong visual attention to detail, physical stamina, and basic math and measurement skills. Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Quakertown, PA 18951
Compensation: $15.00 to start with merit based increases
Day-to-Day Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform detailed visual inspections using good vision to identify flaws or irregularities in plastic lamination materials.
Stand for extended periods of time during the workday.
Handle and maneuver large plastic lamination sheets (up to 4 feet long and weighing approximately 10 lbs).
Use basic math and measurement tools to check angles, lines, and identify visual imperfections.
Complete accurate data entry both on paper and in computer systems.
Skills & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math proficiency.
Familiarity with using measurement tools and inspection equipment.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate respectfully and effectively.
Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus but not required.
