We are seeking a Financial Planner Administrator to join our dedicated team in Allentown, PA. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisors by providing exceptional client service, proactive communication, and efficient administrative support. Job Title: Financial Planner Administrator
Location: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-time
Financial Planner Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing client and business development support to Financial Advisors
Maintain proactive client communication and assist with daily office administration
Create, update, and maintain client records and documentation
Handle client communications efficiently via calls, emails, letters, and forms
Coordinate account openings and follow-ups, escalating issues when necessary
Ensure all documentation meets industry regulations and internal standards
Utilize and maintain Redtail CRM for all client and operational tasks
Maintain organized communication and filing systems (physical and electronic)
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless workflow and a positive client experience
Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
Professionally answer and manage incoming calls
Financial Planner Administrator Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Understanding of financial markets, investments, and insurance is a plus
Life, Health, and Securities licenses are a bonus but not required
Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a growing team
