Production Lead (Food Processing) Job Details
- Schedule: 5:30 AM - 2:30PM S-F
- Pay Rate: $18/hr - $19/hr
- Temp to Hire
Production Lead (Food Processing) Job Requirements:
• Requires repeated stooping and bending
• Frequent lifting and carrying boxed/bagged fruits and vegetables
• Requires continuous standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs on a repeated basis
Production Lead (Food Processing) - Environmental conditions:
• Working in a 36-degree (F) processing area for 8-12 hours daily.
• Working in a damp environment for 8-12 hours daily.
Production Lead (Food Processing) Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to recognize letters, numbers, symbols, and basic math skills. (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- 3 months in the food preparation / food processing field preferably in the produce industry
- Pallet Jack certified, Forklift preferred
- General knowledge of General Manufacturing Practices and procedures within a produce food preparation field
- Ability to learn all warehouse locations and layout, where each raw product is stored
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job under immediate supervision
- Basic computer skills, keyboard, mouse, email.
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs on a repeated basis
