Area Manager Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM (expected to be available by phone until 8:00PM)
Pay: $60,000/year

Area Manager Job Description:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to support integration of company products
Provide detailed and accurate price quotes to customers
Assist in collections of past-due payments
Partner with customer service to resolve issues and ensure top-notch service
Work with the Warranty Advisor on RGA (Return Goods Authorization) requests
Develop sales forecasts and assist in planning budgets and marketing strategies
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Complete other duties as assigned
Area Manager Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in outside or territory sales, preferably in a technical, industrial, or agricultural setting
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Previous experience with forecasting, quoting, and budgeting preferred
Comfortable attending trade shows and interfacing with clients in a professional setting
Knowledge of SAP, Outlook, and CRM systems is a plus
Familiarity with the agricultural industry or mechanical product lines is a strong advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
