Job Detail for Senior Lease Accountant:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Hybrid Schedule – 3 days in office

Job Responsibilities for Senior Lease Accountant:
- Maintain ownership of ASC 842 lease reporting; journal entries, account reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain company’s leasing tool (Trullion) while working closely with Real Estate and legal departments to ensure compliance and execution
- Properly classifying and recording lessee, lessor, sublessor and related-party leases with associated tenant improvement allowances and other incentives
- Creation and maintenance of lease schedules
- Preparation of CAM, utilities, property tax, subtenant, and all financial reporting
- Analyze and interpret lease related accounts
- Prepare monthly statements, prepare quarterly reporting, reconcile and maintain all intercompany accounts and activity
- Assist with internal and external audits
Job Requirements for Senior Lease Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- ASC 842 leas accounting experience, financial reporting experience
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and organization skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
