- Compensation ranges from $80,000 annually to $85,000 annually , based on experience.

R&D Formulation Chemist Job Description:
- Creates, develops, and tests compounds and formulas used in products, exercising professional judgement in the evaluation, selection, and modification of applied methods and techniques.
- Utilized chemicals, chemical compounds, and chemical processes to create new products
- Investigate and evaluate competitors products by performing analysis of competing products/formulations
- Recommend quality control parameters for operational evaluations
- Identifies and recommends improvements to processes to maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, safe compliance and other parameters.
R&D Formulation Chemist Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in chemistry or other related fields
- At least 3-5 years of related work experience required as formulation chemist
- Preferred industry experience in chemical industry - soaps/detergents, disinfectants/sanitizers
