Job Responsibilities & Description for Manufacturing Supervisor:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, staff, and scheduling
Oversee receiving, storage, packing, and shipment of goods
Maintain accurate records and ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety
Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers
Collaborate with other departments and assist in process improvement
Job Requirements for Manufacturing Supervisor:
High school diploma and 1–2 years of warehouse supervisory experience
Valid Driver’s License and stand-up forklift certification
Comfortable working at heights and lifting 50+ lbs
Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn warehouse software
