We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity in Spring Grove, PA!
Pay: $32.47/hr + performance-based bonuses
Location: Spring Grove, PA
Schedule: Rotating shifts (see below)
Status: Direct Hire

Your Work Schedule as Industrial Maintenance Technician:
Weeks 1-3: 1st Shift | 7AM–3PM (Mon–Fri)
Week 4: 2nd Shift | 3PM–11PM (Mon–Sun)
Week 5: 3rd Shift | 11PM–7AM (Sun–Sat)
What You’ll Be Doing as Industrial Maintenance Technician:
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems (up to 2300 volts) and instrumentation (like flow meters & control valves)
Diagnosing and solving complex problems — independently and in a team
Keeping detailed records and documentation
Playing a key role in the safety and efficiency of plant operations
What We’re Looking For in Industrial Maintenance Technician:
5+ years’ experience in heavy industrial maintenance
OR
3+ years’ experience with a Technical Diploma or Associate’s Degree
Strong skills in electrical systems, instrumentation, and PLC/DCS
Experience in a union environment is a plus (not required)
A solid, proven commitment to safety
