Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Spring Grove, PA
Salary: $32.47/hr + performance-based bonuses

Industrial Maintenance Technician Schedule:
First 3 weeks: 1st shift (7am-3pm, Mon-Fri)
Week 4: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Mon-Sun)
Week 5: 3rd shift (11pm-7am, Sun-Sat)

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems (up to 2300 volts) and instrumentation (flow meters, control valves, etc.)
Diagnose and repair complex systems
Work independently and with a team to ensure safe and efficient project completion
Complete reports and documentation
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
5 years’ experience in a heavy industrial environment OR 3 years’ hands-on experience with an Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma
Experience with electrical systems, instrumentation, and PLC/DCS systems
Union experience is a plus (but not required)
Strong commitment to safety
