Job Summary:
We are seeking a Assembly Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for efficiently assembling and building speaker cabinets in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to read CAD prints, and experience with basic assembly tools.
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Assembly tech Responsibilities:
Perform typical cabinet assembly functions.
Read and interpret CAD prints to ensure accurate assembly.
Conduct standard measurement calculations for quality assurance.
Document and maintain quality control records.
Operate air-powered tools and hot glue dispensing machines.
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency.
Adapt and excel in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive attitude in challenging conditions.
Assembly tech Requirements:
Basic assembly skills.
Experience using air-powered tools and hot glue dispensing machines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
