PeopleShare is hiring for a dynamic and rapidly growing logistics company dedicated to providing top-notch transportation and shipping services. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Customer Service Representative. If you are detail-oriented, a multitasker, and a great communicator, we'd love to have you on board.
Payrate: Up to $21/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
- You'll answer calls politely, help with inquiries, and direct calls to the right people.
- You'll enter and update data about shipments, orders, and customers accurately.
- Keep client files organized, accessible, and safe with up-to-date information.
- You'll help trucks and our logistics team stay in touch, sharing delivery updates and estimated arrival times, and addressing delays promptly.
- You'll make sure the right documents are ready and help get shipments through customs smoothly for international deliveries.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
- Must be able to type 40 words per minute
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service representative or call center experience
