Job Title: Assembler
Location: Hatfield, PA
Salary: $18.00
Shift: First Shift 7am-3:30pm
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test a variety of mechanical box assemblies
- Disassemble and repair customer returns
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to write process procedures
- Follow and maintain all safety measures, including ergonomics (6S)
- Monitor stock levels to ensure a steady supply of materials
- Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed
Assembler Requirements:
Strong communication skills for customer service interactions
Ability to read, interpret, and understand manufacturing procedures and production drawings
Mechanically/electronically inclined
Works well in a team-oriented environment
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
Soldering experience is a plus!
