We are seeking a Warehouse Lead who is bilingual to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency in picking, packing, palletizing, and staging. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and a solid background in warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse associates to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee picking, packing, palletizing, and staging processes to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including stock checks and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
- Previous warehouse leadership experience (Supervisory or Lead role).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, and palletizing.
- Ability to train and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
