Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Pay rate: $16 - $17 per hour
- Temp to Hire position
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage shipping documentation and maintain records in the ERP system.
- Prepare and process shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishments.
- Communicate professionally with customers and carriers to address shipping inquiries.
- Generate reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to logistics and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or logistics a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Experience in shipping, inventory management, or administrative roles preferred.
