Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Pay rate: $21 - $22 per hour
- Temp to Hire position
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and meeting with other departments, customers, and vendors.
- Creating and reviewing operational reports to track performance and productivity.
- Managing, evaluating, and documenting warehouse performance, conducting performance reviews, and monitoring attendance.
- Training, mentoring, and motivating new and existing team members to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Leading by example, working alongside the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ lead experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Experience in inventory management, performance evaluation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to train and develop staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
