Job Description:
Manufacturer specializing in precision metal fabrication and machining solutions. With a long-standing commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to join our team.
Job Requirements:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of quality control inspectors and technicians.
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect and verify product dimensions.
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure manufactured parts meet design requirements.
- Maintain and enforce ISO9000 quality standards and procedures throughout the production process.
- Analyze quality data and reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to address quality concerns.
- Train and mentor team members on inspection methods, tools, and quality practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
