PeopleShare is hiring for a Part Time Administrative Assistant in Virginia Beach! The ideal candidate would have prior administrative experience and be flexible to work between 8am-5pm M-F.
Administrative Assistant Job Details:
- Schedule: M-F, 20-30 hours between 8am-5pm (flexible)
- Pay Rate: $18-$25/hour
- Part Time, onsite
Administrative Assistant Job Description:
- Process and manage invoices, timesheets, expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and check requests
- Maintain project documentation, manage COIs, add companies to Deltek, and handle W9s, prequalification's, reps/certs, and billable job tasks
- Oversee EZPass transponders, vehicle records and payments, accounts receivable for Hampton Roads, employee badging, and hotel reservations
- Manage incoming mail, stock and reorder supplies, and maintain vehicle usage logs
- Assist new hires with documentation, orientation, and general support
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
