HR Generalist Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, hybrid schedule
- Pay Rate: $55,000 annually to start
- Location: Horsham, PA
HR Generalist Job Description:
- HRIS Database Management: Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee records, tracking data changes, and generating reports for internal use and compliance purposes.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting hiring managers in selecting qualified talent.
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll in alignment with company policies, review timecards for accuracy, and ensure timely and compliant payment of wages and benefits.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit required HR reports, such as EEO, diversity, and payroll compliance data, while ensuring adherence to legal and organizational standards.
- Policy and Process Development: Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR systems, resolving issues efficiently and escalating when necessary.
HR Generalist Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience at a high-performing organization, minimum of 5 year’s experience at the Director level.
- Bachelor’s Degree – will need to understand higher education space
- A proud high performer with the demonstrated ability to uphold high-performance standards across an HR team and subsequently across the organization.
- Proven leadership of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management
